According to the different project requirements of customers for mRNA, a variety of purification methods can be provided, including the mature chromatographic purification process invididually developed by Yaohaibio to prepare high-quality, high-purity mRNA products. The prefabricated mRNA is well expressed in cells.
Oligo-dT purification is adopted to remove micromolecule process related impurities. The purity of the prefabricated products is more than 95%. The content of dsRNA tested by dsRNA detection kit (ELISA) in the prefabricated products is less than 0.006%.
