  • E.coli prokaryotic expression system
    The E.coli expression system is the earliest developed, most widely used, and most affordable classic expression system among gene expression techniques. E.coli is characterized by clear genetic background, fast cell proliferation, high expression, good stability, and strong anti-pollution ability.
    Nano-antibody can be encoded by a single gene and expressed in large amounts in prokaryotic microorganisms such as E.coli by genetic engineering due to its small molecular weight and simple structure.
    Yaohaibio uses E.coli to express Nano-antibodies in the cytoplasm or through the signaling peptide periplasmic space of over 20 types of Nano-antibodies.
  • Yeast expression system (Pichia pastoris)
    The yeast expression system is widely used in industrial production. In addition to the clear and safe genetic background, yeast expression system harbors the advantages of both prokaryotic and eukaryotic expression systems: fast proliferation, high-density fermentation in economic media, supporting complex post-translation modification, and strong secretion expression ability, to effectively reduce downstream purification costs. Nano-antibody can be encoded by a single gene and expressed in large amounts in microorganisms such as yeast through genetic engineering due to its small molecular weight and simple structure.
    Yaohaibio provides high-expressed strain Nano-antibody selection and fermentation process development services. With high-densitied fermentation, over 10 different types of Nano-antibodies are expressed by Pichia pastoris PAOX1 induction or PGAP, and the expression amount can be up to 10 g/L or more.
  • Mammalian cell expression system
    Mammalian cell expression systems can guide the correct folding of proteins and provide various post-translation processing such as complex N-type glycosylation and accurate O-type glycosylation. Therefore, expression products are closest to natural higher biological protein molecules in terms of molecular structure, physio-chemical properties, and biological functions.
    Yaohaibio uses mammalian CHO series cells to express various Nano-antibodies through transient transfection or the construction of stable transformants. The expression amount of Nano-antibodies by CHO series cells can reach up to 20mg/L transient transfection and 15mg/L in stable transfection.

Construction of Nano-antibody expression engineering strains (Pichia yeast, E.coli or mammalian cells can be selected)

2. Pichia yeast expression system (the methanol-induced expression system PAOX1 or the component expression system PGAP can be selected)


3. Mammalian expression system (expression of Nano-antibody through transient or stable transfection)
